Terms & Conditions

Welcome to GoRide Nepal. By renting a bike, scooter, or car from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking. These terms apply to all rentals made through our website, office, or partner locations.

1. Booking & Rental Eligibility

  • Renters must be at least 18 years old for two-wheelers and 20 years old for cars.
  • A valid government-issued driving license is mandatory.
  • Foreign nationals must present a passport and an international driving permit (IDP).
  • GoRide Nepal reserves the right to decline any booking without explanation.

2. Documents Required

  • Citizenship/Passport
  • Driving License (Original)
  • Valid contact number and emergency contact

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for every rental. The deposit amount depends on the type of vehicle. It will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in good condition, without damages or overdue charges.

4. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

All vehicles are inspected before handover. Renters must verify and approve the condition report. Any existing scratches, dents, or issues must be recorded before departure. Damages discovered upon return will be charged accordingly.

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a certain fuel level. Renters must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel. Otherwise, fuel charges will apply.

6. Usage Rules

  • The renter is responsible for safe and legal use of the vehicle.
  • Vehicles must not be used for racing, stunts, off-road use, or commercial purposes.
  • Sub-renting or giving the vehicle to another person is strictly prohibited.
  • Traffic fines or penalties during the rental period must be paid by the renter.

7. Accidents & Damage Responsibility

In case of accidents, the renter must inform GoRide Nepal immediately. Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of traffic rules will be fully charged to the renter. Insurance (if applicable) covers only certain cases; renters are responsible for all non-covered damages.

8. Late Return Policy

Late returns will incur additional charges. If the renter fails to inform us about the delay, GoRide Nepal may apply extra penalties as per the rental policy.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be given for early returns.
  • Weather conditions do not qualify for refund.

10. Liability

GoRide Nepal is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Renters assume full responsibility for safe driving and adherence to Nepal’s traffic laws.

11. Agreement Acceptance

By renting a vehicle from GoRide Nepal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. GoRide Nepal reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
